Your asking how to get FTP or FTP like access to your VPS?
First of all, I highly highly suggest you read up on Linux Systems Administration, because that is a necessity, as this is an unmanaged system. Do you know how to use SSH?
To answer your question, you can use WinSCP or Fugu on a Mac to upload files to the VPS.
