I'd also like to request the VPSlink spells out a little better when someone might get access to a VPS, who those people are.

We do not employ any outsourced or contracted personnel. VPSLink support technicians and system administrators are the only individuals authorized to access our hardware nodes over the network.
Physical server access to

Here is our DMCA Standard Operating Procedure per our support manager:
- We receive DMCA takedown notice from complainant
- We forward DMCA takedown notice to our subscriber
- If content is not removed within 24 hours: VPS is shut down and subscriber account suspended for violation of terms of service (hosting of copyrighted material without author consent)
