Red face Installing/Installed

Hello,

I'm a programmer who is now working on a project where I have to also act as the adhoc systems admin ()... I've been away from Linux since my college days about 5-6 years ago... I've had exposure to basic Linux commands, some BASH scripting, alittle bit of console programming - but it seems a LIFETIME AGO.

My question is this: if I'm using yum & rpm to install packages, is there a way to get one list of items that are installed on my system? (i.e. is there a way to get one end-all-be-all list)

I'm embarrassed to admit: I'm trying to figure out if phpMyAdmin is installed on my CENTOS 5 LAMP setup. How would I go about finding this out?

Thanks in advance,

Ben
