This is not as far as I can tell just on my side as my monitoring services are also reporting the same outage.

I noticed my VPS was down at 18:00 JST (4:00 EST).
I was editing a wiki page on my site at that time. I hope the server
comes back before I forget my ideas

Actually I submitted 2 other support tickets concerning downage and all they said was for me to include a traceroute log of the event but like how was I supposed to do that when the dropouts where random and not for that long either. Drops where long enough to disconnect monitoring services I had going though.

I understand that these vps's are not managed but I mean like come on whats the point in having a emergancy outage priority on a ticket if it doesn't even get replied to in atleast 5 minutes unlike mine sitting here so far almost an hour without a response.

In any even I need a explination so that I can explain the outage to my customers as well instead of saying I don't know cause I'm sure thats what they really wanna hear is that I'm incapable of stability.
