Server is down and I cannot sign in to My.vpslink.com

Hi,
I realize that my title matches another thread, but this is almost what is going on to me.

My VPS is down, and I cannot login at all to my.vpslink.com, as in I get "unrecognized username", not a WSOD.

I already emailed billing, but I would like my server to be back up if possible before Monday.

This is a billing issue and I do show that you have a ticket with our billing department open at this time, however, they will not be in the office for another 36 hours.
