New Xen images

Is there any estimate on when Ubuntu 9.10 or Fedora 12 Xen images will be offered to use?

The last estimate I received from our template developers was "next week" (that was last week) - I'll check in again and report back as more information becomes available.

Per our template developers: The Ubuntu 9.10 and Fedora 12 distribution releases include dependencies upon the 2.6.31 kernel. We will be waiting on a platform update (a full update of the kernel for host machines) to implement the newest Ubuntu and Fedora releases.

I do not have an exact timeframe for completion but I can say that we will most likely not be offering the 2.6.31 kernel or any operating systems which depend upon it until Q1 2010 (at the earliest).
