Can't connect my Control Center

hi all

after the request new password(2012-03-09), it not possible to open the cpanel, the error is:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

my vps are down...

i need access to center...

I cant call because I'm in Brazil...

how i can resolve then ?
