Thread: less threatening past due notice

Default less threatening past due notice

I'd like to point out that your invoices lack a due date, so when they become past due the language "Your services will be terminated and all data removed if invoices are not paid immediately." seems especially rude. Most businesses send at least one friendly reminder before resorting to such threats.

In reviewing our invoice templates, I found that our CC and PayPal templates should include a due date with the e-mail template (as should all invoices displayed at My.VPSLink.com).

If you can provide a copy of an invoice e-mail or notice at My.VPSLink.com which does not display a due date, I would be happy to follow up with you directly.

Regarding the past due notice, it appears as though our billing team is using the same template for all notices. I will follow up with our billing manager on the first notice's wording.
