I have a Link 5 account and today I had a "critical" ticket resolved in minutes (under 10 min). My first and only ticket I submitted in months.

I run critical web systems for large companies on the server.

It was a disk space problem on VPSLink's side. However I got no "BS", the fault was admitted and resolved before I even got a reply email. They also escalated the issue to prevent future occurrences.

This kind of honesty and service makes me very happy!
