    Default cannot login with root?

    Hi

    I cannot log into SSH with root. Do I need to enable root access or what?

    I have tried Generate new password, password reset etc. Nothing help.

    Please this is urgent.

    If this is really urgent have you opened a ticket or contacted their 800 number. support call is suppose to be 24/7
