Thread: Avoiding java terminal

    Default Avoiding java terminal

I just signed up for VPSlink, under the assumption I could avoid browsers. Now I see I am supposed to use a java terminal. Ugh! I am running CentOS on my desktop. Will it be possible for me to ssh with a regular Gnome based terminal instead of a java terminal through a browser?

the java ssh terminal in the control panel is there when you do not have access to an ssh client on your computer. It's for convenience but you can use whatever ssh client you have on your computer.
