    Installation cannot continue

    You are not authorized to download the update package with that client id and license id for this IP address. Please email sales@directadmin.com
    i don't understand. ive enter the correct Client ID and license ID.

    I now this thread is a bit old and should have been taken care of by now. But, you User ID, License ID along with the same OS that is installed on the server is listed in the licensing at directadmin.com it will not work - all 3 must match..

    Oh yea, also do an ifconfig to get the correct interface name - it's the one with your ip addresses
