Default cPanel Licensing - NOT automatic!!

Just so you all know, when ordering a cPanel license for your Link 4 (and above), you’re merely purchasing the license, not the application. Once we process your request and the initial invoice has been settled, we will send you specific instructions regarding download and installation of cPanel.
Requesting licensing multiple times WILL NOT make installation happen, nor will it make us act any faster. Tickets are addressed in the order they were received, so please be patient. Multiple tickets only confuse the issue and cause undue delays when trying to resolve. One ticket will suffice; if we need additional information, we’ll let you know.

If you request licensing for your server on the weekend, your request will be addressed as soon as possible on the next business day. While we do work on tickets on the weekends, we do it from home and don’t have access to the licensing sites. For those of you who are International customers, please note that we are on the West Coast of the US and in a vastly different time zone. Please don’t continue to email or submit tickets asking when your cPanel will be active, as we will activate your license when we’re in the office during normal business hours.

We’ve had some issues with folks not paying the initial invoice for cPanel licensing, so going forward, we will not activate the license until the initial invoice is paid in full. We hope you can understand that this is part of doing business. Your initial invoice is, typically, less than $6.00 based on the prorated period. This is not a lot of money to part with, so please don’t request licensing if you don’t intend to pay for it, we’re not in business to give things away.

You probably should remove the rather prominent banner for "Locked and Loaded Pre-packaged cPanel VPS accounts" on the vpslink.com start page.

Someone might get the wrong impression.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
