Question DNS issue - everything configured but not working

I am using VPSLink 2 plan and I have installed CentOS with LXAdmin but since I want to change the OS to ubuntu in the future I have chosen not use lxadmin's dns services (not to have my own nameservers). For this reason in my registrar's page which is europeregistry.com I have deleted the registrar's DNS servers and I have added vps's - ns1.vpslink.com and ns2.vps.link.com . Then in my.vpslink.com I have added the domain and I have configured the zones. In LXadmin both bind and djbdns are off not working. In /etc/resolve.conf I am using - 64.79.200.111 and 64.79.200.113 (which were suggested by vpslink staff in some posts). As a result nothing happens ... my domain is still unusable. I have read all the posts regarding my problem in the forum but still I can't get my domain working. I have uploaded two pictures showing the exact configuration of the registrar and VPSLink control panel. Please If you have any suggestions which can help me resolve the problem I will very thankful. Since I can't post URLs to other sites I have uploaded the pictures to 67.223.233.212/~linix .

    Cool

    This is interesting...

VPSLink's DNS servers resolve the domain name:
    Code:
    [248][vps6 ~]:# dig @ns1.vpslink.com linix.tel

    ; <<>> DiG 9.5.1-P1 <<>> @ns1.vpslink.com linix.tel
    ; (1 server found)
    ;; global options: printcmd
    ;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 44986

But if I query another name-server, or even VPSlink's internal DNS cache server, nothing...
    Code:
    [249][vps6 ~]:# dig @64.79.200.111 linix.tel

I suspect this may have something to do with the TLD (.tel), but I'm not a DNS guru so I may be way-off. Here's what leads me to believe this..
    Code:
    [251][vps6 ~]:# dig @4.2.2.6 whois.tel

If I try and whois a .tel domain, I'm told to visit whois.tel, but it doesn't resolve.. Do you have a .COM or .NET you could use for testing? The screenshots indicate you've got everything right config wise, so I'm baffled??

    w00t!

I found: telnic.org and performed a whois. According to that site, your server is NOT using VPSlink's DNS servers..
    Code:
    Name Server: A0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
    Name Server: D0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
    Name Server: N0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
    Name Server: S0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
    Name Server: T0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
    ???

May be that is the problem but if you see the two pictures which I have uploaded it is clearly seen that I have configured those settings in the registrar web site. 24 hours have passed so I do not. Is it possible that there is some problem with the domain name registrar?

Yep. I can't find a whois query that says you're using ns1.vpslink.com, etc..

Why not contact your registrar? Ask them why they haven't updated your domain's nameserver/whois records?

    It sure is odd.
Your registrar's whois doesn't seem to work either, so you can't even check using that.

Checking any of the dns servers listed from other whois servers for the domain just show refused.
    Code:
    $ dig -tany linix.tel @s0.cth.dns.nic.tel

    ; <<>> DiG 9.4.2-P2 <<>> -tany linix.tel @s0.cth.dns.nic.tel

Your best bet would be to follow the earlier suggestion of contacting your registrar. If nothing else, they at least need to be told that their whois service is broken and returns nothing, even for .com's.

As a result the registrar said that it is not a normal domain name etc.. so I need to have another domain bought. I have bought another one and have deleted the linix.tel one and added the linix-server.net . The domain is working but I have a problem I am not sure whether I have configured the zone info for the MX record because when I try to get to webmail.linix-server.net it says that there is no such web page. I have entered in the following information:

    Name: mail
    Type: MX
    Address: mail.linix-server.net.
    Preference: 10
    TTL: 600

Is this okay? or is there any mistake. When I check the information about the DNS configuration in intoDNS it says several errors. Some of the are concerning some confusion between ns1.vpslink.com and ns1.dnscloud.com. But at the bottom it sasys that there are no MX records. the link for the report is:
intoDNS: linix-server.net - check DNS server and mail server health

I have turned off the djbdns and bind from the LXAdmin. And what is more, I have deleted the DNS Template because it has different configuration than that of the my.vpslink.com control panel. If i need to have the template can you please advice me how to configure it.

I will be waiting for you advice how to proceed. Thank you in advance.

I have made several changes in the zones in the my.vpslink.com control panel. the Changes are reflected in this Picture:

Thank you very much in advance.
