Hi VPSLink.
WOuld you please let someone respond to my ticket 1712201 I opened yesterday for billing department? I opened it since yesterday and haven't heard anything back since. Your tech support response was fast and excellent. Please help? My apology for posting it on the forum since I have no other way to nudge the billing people to respond to me. Many thanks. |

It appears as though our billing department was able to review and reply to your message - my apologies for the delay (billing sometimes sees a backlog of orders for review and outstanding cases).
Turnaround for billing tickets may take as long as 48 hours as our billing department is not in the office over the weekend and often has a heavier workload coming back into the office on Mondays and Tuesdays. |

Thanks Dan. Yeah I noticed that too. Currently I have a server cancellation request as part of my migration to xen from openvz and I still haven't heard anything back from them. Hopefully they get it done soon so that I don't have to keep paying for 2 vps when I'm only using one of them. Many thanks again..
